Position Summary

Laborers work under the supervision of crew leads, foremen, or superintendents, performing physical activities to support construction projects. This position is based in Utah.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crew leaders with construction, reconstruction, and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep the worksite organized, clean, and hazard-free.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Unload and prepare materials and equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery as trained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of construction experience, above or underground.
• Ability to travel extensively across the nation.
• Ability to follow instructions and recognize safety hazards.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Physical capacity to work in various positions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 per hour.
