Job summary

New England Wire Products (NEWP) is seeking hardworking, detail-minded team members for packing and warehouse roles in Kingfield, ME. You will assist in packaging, product sorting, and quality control processes while maintaining a clean, organized packing area.

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a team. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of light to moderate weights as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with accuracy in packing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external contacts.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift 5+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet for a full shift (8 hours).
• Isolate products not meeting quality standards and route to QC.
• Maintain an organized packing area at all times.
• Assist in safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and processing of productions and orders.
• Help ensure quality in every aspect of the product.
• Perform other duties in packaging and spot-welding departments as assigned.

We provide our clients with high quality, in-house design, engineering, manufacturing, powder coating, and printing services, and customer service.
