Job summary

New England Wire Products in Kingfield, ME is seeking hardworking, passionate employees to join our expanding packaging and spot-welding team. You will stand for at least 8 hours, isolate products not meeting quality standards, keep the packing area neat, and assist in safe receipt, storage, and processing of productions and orders.

Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, be a self-starter and team player with a positive attitude, and be comfortable lifting light

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for packing and QC liaison.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders is required.
• Willingness to be a self-starter and a team player in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Stand for at least 8 hours per day.
• Isolate products not meeting quality standards and refer to QC.
• Keep packing area neat and organized at all times.
• Follow packing requirements set by supervisor and execute them properly.
• Assist in safe receipt, storage, retrieval, warehouse control, and processing of productions and orders.
• Assist in ensuring quality in every aspect of the product.
• Other duties as assigned to packaging and spot-welding departments.
