Job summary

Franklin Building Supply is seeking a hands-on Truss Builder to join our production team. You will be responsible for building trusses, hammering gussets, and operating roller machines with attention to safety and quality.

The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds while maintaining accuracy.
