The role involves daily jobsite operations, safety emphasis, and supporting team members across multiple locations. You will perform general labor tasks and assist with material handling, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Overtime, night, and weekend availability as needed.
• English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Overview

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, leveling, and mixing materials
• Support pipe installation, concrete work, and traffic control activities
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
