Thompson Pipe Group is looking for a General Laborer.

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift Details: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00am - 5:00pm (OT and weekends as needed). This position will rotate to 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3/4:00am.

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include lifting materials, finishing concrete products, using hand and power tools, assisting with rebar installation, patching concrete, cleaning work areas, and following safety procedures.

• Perform pre-operation inspections on forklifts
• Maintain safety and report issues
• Adhere to company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Experience in construction or outdoor environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions
• 1-2 years of construction and landscaping experience
• Teamwork and safety-first attitude required

Physical Demands

• Work in outdoor conditions, lift 35 lbs or more, stand, walk, and perform strenuous labor

Work Environment

Outdoor, noisy, and not climate-controlled.
