We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves various labor tasks related to our service capabilities in the construction and equipment rental industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing erosion and sediment control devices
• Driving wood stakes into the ground with sledgehammers
• Applying grass seed, fertilizer, and lime to work areas
• Cleaning track equipment and clearing construction roads
• Installing fencing and geo-textile fabric
• Loading and unloading materials and tools
• Spotting heavy equipment during operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of construction experience and knowledge of safety hazards
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
• Experience with hand tools (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
