Whitney & Son, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned business operating throughout the Northeast, providing sales, service, and rentals to the aggregate, asphalt, and recycling industries.

We are seeking an individual with a mechanical mindset and background to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with consistent overtime. We will provide specific training on our rental fleet. A well-qualified candidate should possess:

1. Self-sufficiency, motivation, and a focus on safety
2. Mechanical experience
3. Helpful skills include performing preventative maintenance, changing parts, troubleshooting, testing, and servicing our rental fleet
4. The work is physical and involves lifting
5. Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

8. Willingness to go off-site occasionally to job sites once trained
