This position involves performing physical activities under the supervision of crew leads, foremen, or superintendents to support construction work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader with construction, reconstruction, and maintenance work
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Unload tools, prepare site materials, and organize the job site
• Operate heavy equipment as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of construction experience, above or underground
• Willingness to travel extensively across the nation
• Ability to follow leadership instructions and recognize safety risks
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical positions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug, physical, and background checks

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 per hour
