Job description

Growing Seasons Landscaping, LLC seeks a General Laborer (multiple openings) based out of Cuddy, PA, with job sites across PA counties (Allegheny, Washington, Greene, Butler, Beaver, Fayette, and Westmoreland) and WV counties (Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Monongalia, and Marion).

The role involves working independently or as part of a team to provide various hands-on services, including:

1. Performing reclaim services such as installing erosion control products, large-scale seeding, straw blowing, and slope matting.
2. Providing landscape services like mulching, pruning and trimming trees and shrubs, mowing grass, weeding flower beds, seeding, and planting.
3. Plowing and shoveling snow.
4. Responding to natural disasters and environmental cleanups.
5. Cleaning mobile tanks used in natural disaster and environmental remediation.
6. Attending and participating in paid safety training.

Requirements include:

• Ability and willingness to lift up to 80 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Wear personal protective equipment.

Post-hire, employer-paid drug testing is required.

Travel to worksites within PA and WV counties is required. Employer provides transportation to/from worksites, as necessary.
