Position Summary:

Swank Construction Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer in our construction division. This role involves performing manual tasks to support construction activities. It is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, safety commitment, and teamwork. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor such as lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying materials.
• Prepare worksite zones, install traffic barricades, cones, markers, and manage traffic near work zones.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment using hand tools and machinery.
• Operate equipment like jackhammers, tampers, mixers, power tools, and more.
• Assist with concrete work, including jackhammering, mixing, and pouring.
• Care for tools, equipment, and machines.
• Maintain a clean job site and ensure equipment safety.
• Follow safety standards according to company policies and OSHA.
• Willingness to learn various aspects of the laborer role.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
