Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's manual laborer work experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge and compliance with safety practices.
• Functional working knowledge of general hand tools and air tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and project documents ensuring case work and panels are built to specifications.
• Fabrication of furniture including cabinets, laminate casework, countertops, paneling, wall systems, and more.
• Use of standard woodworking equipment and hand tools for milling, fabrication, sanding, and assembly.
• Packing wood furniture in cartons, unloading racks of parts, and piling on pallets to be banded and shrink-wrapped.
• Help with loading and unloading trucks with pallet jacks.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strict adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean work area.
• Maintenance of shop machinery and tools.
• Be part of a team and do whatever it takes to meet timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 6am – 4pm, overtime on Friday 6am – 11am when needed.

Compensation: $18.00/hr
