Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Perform general construction site labor tasks as directed by supervisors and project managers.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Support equipment setup, maintenance, and cleaning as needed.
• Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project success.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards on every job site.
• Communicate any issues, hazards, or concerns to site supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or laborer role.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
• Ability to take direction and work independently as needed.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks (lifting, standing, bending, etc.).
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (but not required).

Schedule

Monday through Thursday (32 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Work Location:

On-site at Commercial Construction Inc offices and various local job sites.
