Job summary

Commercial Metals is seeking a manufacturing associate to contribute to concrete production safety and efficiency. You will follow safety policies, wear PPE, and support the workflow by performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality control, and meeting production goals with equipment operation and material handling responsibilities as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Exposure to high levels of concrete dust.
• Required to wear protective gear such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management, must understand urgency of manufacturing.
• Ability to work with coworkers and supervisors to hit production targets.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
