Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Caledonia, MN is seeking a full-time General Laborer for a temp-to-hire position with a manufacturing company. Shift: Mon-Thu, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm — a 4-day work week.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement plan. The role includes operating the TIG Brush system, passivation tanks, joining responsibilities, and maintaining high-quality standards in a precision environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the TIG Brush system following job requirements and safety protocols.
• Operate and monitor passivation tanks and related equipment per standard procedures.
• Remove discoloration, heat tint, oxides, and contaminants.
• Mix and test chemical solutions.
• Inspect welds and parts before and after treatment for cleanliness, finish quality, and conformance to specifications.
