Job summary

Protech Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rialto, CA for the 1st shift. Pay range is $16.90-$17.00 per hour with overtime available. The role supports general warehouse operations and requires reliable, hardworking candidates who can stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift.

No prior warehouse experience is required, but is a plus; a fast-paced environment and strong work ethic are valued. Weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Material Handling & Physical Work

• Lift, move, and stack products safely (various weights)
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Teamwork & Productivity

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
• Support team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
