Job summary

Protech Staffing Service Inc. in Rialto, CA is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on a 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) with overtime potential.

The role involves labeling, packing, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced warehouse. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; you should be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift and have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Position:Warehouse Associate
City:Rialto, CA
Pay Range:$16.90-$17.00
Shift:1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) + Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Material Handling & Physical Work

• Lift, move, and stack products safely (various weights)
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Teamwork & Productivity

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
• Support team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
