Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Menomonie, WI is seeking dependable General Labor Associates for a busy feed mill. This is a physically active role, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and comfort with a dusty manufacturing environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour and opportunities for long-term employment. Forklift experience is a plus; immediate openings and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, production, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and dependable.
• Comfortable working in a dusty, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bag, stack, and move feed products throughout the facility.
• Mix feed ingredients into bulk production batches.
• Support daily feed mill and production operations.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift when required (preferred but not required).
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

General Labor - Feed Mill Production
Location: Menomonie, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a busy feed mill operation in Menomonie. This is a physically active role with immediate openings available. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment and capable of lifting 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Bag, stack, and move feed products throughout the facility
• Mix feed ingredients into bulk production batches
• Support daily feed mill and production operations
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate a forklift when required (preferred but not required)
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Previous general labor, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Comfortable working in a dusty and physically demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
