Responsibilities

• Report defects observed on parts prior to loading and after painting.
• Load and unload products from the line.
• Space and mark orders for color changes and separations of orders.
• Masking, plugging, or bolting as required for system runs.
• Identify all parts with numbers and tags from job packets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedules

• 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00PM - 1:00 AM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report any defects of errors that are observed on the parts prior to loading and upon completion of the painting process.
• Loading product and unloading product from the line
• Properly space and mark orders to follow for color changes and separations of orders.
• Masking, plugging, or bolting may be required in preparation for the system run.
• All parts must be properly identified with numbers and tags that are provided in the job packets.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs., bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime.
• Prompt and reliable attendance required.
• Willingness to be cross trained in other production positions/areas
