Job summary

Fecon, a vegetation management equipment manufacturer in Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking a General Labor to support a busy manufacturing floor. The role includes assisting in material handling, preparing units for shipping and helping with warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious, with basic warehouse skills; crane and forklift experience are a plus and training on 5S and continuous improvement is provided.

The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.

++Job Duties/Responsibilities:++

• Completes break out of material from laser systems.
• Preparing completed units for shipping.
• Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

++Required Skills/Abilities:++

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.
• Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
• Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

++Education and Experience:++

• High school education or equivalent.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

++Physical Requirements:++

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
