FECON, LLC in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking a General Labor (P4) to support manufacturing operations near Kings Island. The role involves material handling, preparing units for shipping, assisting in the warehouse, and maintaining 5S housekeeping in the production area.

The ideal candidate is reliable, teamwork-oriented and focused on quality and safety. Some crane/forklift experience is a plus, and a high school education or equivalent is required.

Job Title: General Labor (P4)

Manager Title: Materials Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Job Summary:

The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Completes break out of material from laser systems.
• Preparing completed units for shipping.
• Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.
• Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
• Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
