Job summary

TMD Staffing in Houston, TX is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily production activities, manage a diverse team, and ensure timely receiving, picking, packing and shipping.

You will maintain inventory using WMS like NetSuite or SAP, enforce OSHA safety standards, drive process improvements, and partner with procurement, logistics and customer service to resolve issues; schedule includes 7pm-3:30pm with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

Pay

$17/hour

7pm-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
