TMD Staffing is seeking a Production Worker I in the northwest Houston area (77055) to assist in manufacturing, assembling and preparing products for shipment. This is an in-person, on-site hourly role with potential overtime during peak times.

Responsibilities include operating basic machines, packaging, quality checks, organizing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout entire shift.
• Pass drug screen, criminal background and e-verify check.

Job Order # 57354 Branch: 51 TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Production Worker in northwest area of Houston, 77055 area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT In-Person, Shop/Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Production Worker I is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembling and preparation of products for shipment.
• Duties include manufacturing of finished goods or working with manufactured products from machines and vendors, aiding in loading the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and perform basic checks to ensure quality product and /or loads.
• This is an on-site hourly position.
• Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end.
• Follows all company-established rules and policies; adheres to all safety rules, quality standards, process documentation, and regulations.
• Maintains all quality indicators for operations by verifying product quantity/quality according to company requirements.
• Assists production personnel in accordance with instructions and specifications.
• Completes tasks assigned on simple electronic machines.
• Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Makes Correct use of basic tools to complete tasks assigned.
• Assembles and packs materials and equipment as required.
• Organizes and prepares goods for shipment.
• Provides general support, performs basic adjustments and maintenance, as well as essential cleaning duties.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

PAY $14/hour

SCHEDULE 5am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri, but flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
