• Pull, package, and palletize parts accurately and efficiently.
• Work alongside the production crew to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Assist with directing and supervising employees while remaining hands-on with daily production duties.
• Help train new employees and provide guidance to team members.
• Monitor work quality and ensure attention to detail.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate with management regarding production needs, employee concerns, and issues.
• Take on additional supervisory responsibilities as performance and independence increase.
• Lead by example while working alongside the crew each day.

Production Lead Responsibilities
