Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking motivated, entry-level General Labor workers to join our team in Ephrata, PA. This full-time role offers $16/hour, a 6am–4:30pm shift, Monday to Friday, with potential early days.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You will assist in food preparation in a cold environment, support the production team, keep areas clean, and work with teammates to meet goals. Overtime may be required; benefits available after a waiting period.
