Job summary

You will follow safety protocols (PPE, HACCP, GMPs), complete required documentation, lift up to 50 lbs, and work to maintain a clean, sanitary work area. The role offers a pay rate of $17.50 per hour and opportunities for teamwork and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks ingredients in accordance with production work orders, standardized recipes, and batch requirements.
• Follows all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.).
• Accurately completes all required documentation, including HACCP logs, production forms, and quality control checklists.
• Safely lifts and transfers ingredients weighing up to 50 lbs. to elevated platforms as part of batch preparation.
• Identifies and reports any product quality issues or deviations from standards to the Supervisor or Quality Assurance personnel immediately.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with company hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Properly handles and disposes of waste materials and by-products.
• Operates kitchen and processing equipment efficiently and safely, in alignment with training and operational procedures.
• Supports a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in team meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet production needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
