Job summary

Bridor is hiring for several production-support positions at our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey. Starting pay varies by position and ranges from $18.82 to $19.73 per hour.

To be considered, applicants must have relevant experience or qualifications that align with at least one of the following areas: Packing, Quality Control/MiniTabs, Sanitation, De-boxing or production material handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing or packaging in a manufacturing environment.
• Quality control, product inspection, documentation, or MiniTabs experience.
• Sanitation experience in food/manufacturing.
• Palletizing, warehouse, or finished-product handling experience.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift/move materials.

Responsibilities

• Packing and inspecting finished bakery products.
• Monitoring products for quality, weight, labeling, and packaging accuracy.
• Recording quality information using MiniTabs or production documentation.
• Stacking and preparing finished products for storage or shipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas.
• Following food safety, GMP, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keeping assigned areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Reporting product, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

Bridor is hiring for several production-support positions at our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey.

Starting pay varies by position and ranges from $18.82 to $19.73 per hour. To be considered, applicants must have relevant experience or qualifications that align with at least one of the following areas:

• Packing


• Quality Control/MiniTabs


• Sanitation


• De-boxing or production material handling

Applicants will be considered for the position that most closely matches their experience and qualifications.

Available Positions

• Packers


• Quality Control Techs (MiniTabs)


• Sanitation

Available Shift Schedules

These positions workthree 12-hour shifts per week on a fixed day or night schedule.

Day Shift

• Thursday–Saturday:4:45 AM–5:00 PM

Night Shift

• Thursday–Saturday:4:45 PM–5:00 AM

Candidates must be available to work the full assigned schedule. The specific shift and workdays will depend on the position and current openings.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

• Packing and inspecting finished bakery products

• Removing products or materials from boxes for production use


• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas

• Reporting product, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor


• Supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the requirements forat least one of the available work areas:

• Packing or packaging experience in a manufacturing or production environment


• Quality control, product inspection, documentation, or MiniTabs experience


• Industrial or food-manufacturing sanitation experience


• Palletizing, warehouse, or finished-product handling experience


• De-boxing, material handling, or production-line support experience

Candidates must also have:

• Ability to stand and work for the full 12-hour shift


• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and move materials as required


• Ability to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures


• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation


• Availability to work the complete assigned schedule, including weekends when required

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.82–$19.73 per hour, depending on the position
