• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exposure to concrete dust and required PPE.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
