Qualifications

• Must be able to handle safety policies and PPE requirements daily.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborative work style to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and load/unload materials.
