Job summary

Xpand Staffing is seeking General Labor associates for a fast-paced bakery manufacturing plant in Coconut Creek, FL. You will assist with assembly lines, packaging finished goods, and move materials safely.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading ingredients, keeping work areas clean, and complying with food safety, OSHA guidelines, and PPE requirements. Ability to stand long hours and lift 25–50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food production or bakery manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
