Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. seeks dependable General Labor/Assembly associates to join our production team in Mesquite, TX. You will assemble components, operate basic equipment, inspect goods, and support operations to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable and can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexible 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, with potential overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

General Labor-Assembly

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Assembly Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating basic production equipment, inspecting finished goods, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) when applicable.
• Assist with material handling, stocking workstations, and moving products throughout the facility.
• Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or production facility setting.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to moving machinery and equipment.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Work Hours

Flexible 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with occasional need for overtime as required to complete production activities.

$12.00-13.00/hour
