Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Associate or General Labor to assist operators across multiple machine centers. This full-time role fills in as needed when others are absent. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a manufacturing environment.

About The Opportunity

The Production Associate or General Labor position assists the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant. This full-time person will fill in for people at various tasks when they are absent.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment
• Complete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork – quality is the responsibility of all employees
• Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
• Provide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Work in miscellaneous on specific projects
• Assist with double-feed orders
