Job summary

PrideStaff in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a General Laborer (1st Shift) to join our production team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekend shifts, and offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

• Cross-train on specialized processes including powder coat painting.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, you will keep our production moving safely and efficiently:

Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and organize production materials across the shop floor.

Assembly & Fastening: Use basic tools to insert and secure bolts, screws, rivets, and hardware.

Prep & Finishing: Clean and prep parts for painting, with hands-on opportunities to perform spot welding operations.

Skill Expansion: Get cross-trained on specialized processes - including learning powder coat painting!

Shop Upkeep: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized for smooth daily operations.
