Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a General Laborer for our Sawmill in Smoot, WV. You will report to the Mill Supervisor and help maintain a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.

Qualified candidates should have prior sawmill experience, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K.

Job Duties

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Physically handle lumber by pulling from chain and placing in appropriate pack.
• Use crosscut saw to cut off bad ends.
• Band finished packs.
• Responsible for completing clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned areas.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the mill management.
