AHF Products is seeking a General Laborer for the Sawmill in Norton, WV to keep lumber moving through the mill under the supervision of the Mill Supervisor. The role emphasizes physical work, safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach to production.

AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a General Laborer located at our Sawmill in Norton, WV. Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.

Job Duties

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Physically handle lumber by pulling from chain and placing in appropriate pack.
• Use crosscut saw to cut off bad ends.
• Band finished packs.
• Responsible for completing clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned areas.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the mill management.
