Job summary

Revolution Search Group is seeking a General Laborer in a manufacturing setting. The role involves working on metal finishing tasks, operating basic machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure proper production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal finishing equipment, drilling, tapping and deburring tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and participate in general shop duties.
• Attend forklift/overhead crane training if required.

General Laborer

Location: Grafton, WI
Shift: 1st shift- Monday-Thursday, 4am to 2pm 2nd shift- Monday -Thursday, 2pm- 12am Weekend Shift- Friday- Sunday,4am to 4pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours!)
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties may include:

• Perform duties involving metal finishing equipment, drilling, tapping, product re-work, tube sizers, deburring, sanding and general clean up.
• May operate punch presses as a helper.
• May assist in secondary type operations.
• Perform operator quality checks using proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records, as required.
• Complete appropriate paperwork, accurately and completely.
• May require successful completion of Kapco’s forklift or overhead crane training program
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Candidates must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance, along with the ability to concentrate on tasks. Computer skills, estimating skills, and strong communication can help candidates advance in this role.
