Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Pontiac, IL is seeking a General labor to join our production and logistics team. The role supports day-to-day plant workflow, following directions with a strong work ethic and a professional attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a 6AM–2PM shift, pay rate of $17.50 per hour, and benefits including a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow directions and follow established procedures.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

As a General labor, you will be part of the Production/Logistics department supporting day-to-day plant workflow.
