Job summary

Excavating & Elite Solutions LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a General Laborer to support site operations through hands-on tasks and material handling. The role requires physical endurance, safe operations of power tools, and the ability to travel for extended periods.

Job description

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
• Work out of town 5 days out of the week for 3 month or more
• Working long hours out in the heat

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
