Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is hiring a dependable general laborer to support warehouse operations for event equipment. The role involves cleaning, prepping, and de-preparing rental gear, inspecting for damage, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Candidates should be comfortable outdoors, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma is required, and bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Pay is $18-$20 per hour with overtime opportunities.

About The Job

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals)
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions
