Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is hiring for a full-time warehouse/general labor role in Indiana. You will clean, prep, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressures washers and hand tools, inspect gear for wear, and maintain a clean work area while following PPE and safety rules.

Ideal candidates are diligent, team players with reliable attendance, bilingual in Spanish/English, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Previous general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and safety commitment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Familiar with basic hand tools and safety rules.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to read and understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape/decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure safety measures are followed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained at shift end.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment.
• Other duties as required.

About the Job

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

Compensation:

• $18- $20 per hour.

• Overtime Pay

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
