Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking team members for 100% Doors/Frames on First Shift. You will participate in cabinet fabrication, setup, and assembly with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of production experience, ability to read a tape measure, and strong teamwork. HVAC/dimensions are checked, and overtime is possible in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience or similar in an assembly or detail-oriented environment.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and good reading/writing ability.
• Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric) and perform basic math.
• Ability to operate various tools and learn new door styles/colors.
• Previous scanner experience and ladder usage at heights.

Responsibilities

• Construct cabinets in all phases and follow safety policies.
• Pull doors/frames/back panels and assemble components per instructions.
• Fill, cut, and fit parts; manage stock and orderliness on the line.
• Operate ERP and shop tools to support production flow.
• Work as a team to meet daily production targets.
