About Hedrick Brothers Construction

Founded in 1979, Hedrick Brothers Construction is a family-owned commercial general contractor headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, with offices in Winter Park, Stuart, and Miami. Our work is guided by our GRIT values — Growth, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork — and a culture built on doing right by our people, our trade partners, and our clients.

The Opportunity

The Laborer supports daily operations across the jobsite — site prep, material handling, and assisting skilled trades — to keep the site clean, safe, and efficient. This is the entry point into HBC's field workforce and a foundation for building a career in the trades.

You'll work hard, learn fast, and contribute directly to the progress of every project you touch.

  • Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
  • Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
  • Operate and tend machinery and heavy equipment as directed and trained.

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and paid parental leave
  • Wellness program reimbursement to support your health and well-being
  • Annual stipend for company-branded apparel
