Job summary

ARMI in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a General Laborer to support industrial projects through a range of manual tasks. The role involves operating tools, loading/unloading materials, and aiding skilled trades on-site, with frequent travel and readiness to work nights and weekends.

Qualified candidates should have a trades background, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, a valid driver's license, and be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check. OSHA 10 is preferred.

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks in support of industrial projects.
• Operate power and hand tools.
• Receive and offload trucks when equipment and supplies arrive at the jobsite.
• Clean up job sites after completion.
• Assist welders, fitters, and other tradesmen on site.
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
