Latitude Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of high-quality electronic components.

The role involves assembling wire harnesses, installing PCBs, and verifying product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will read technical documents, perform basic soldering and wiring tasks, follow SOPs, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues while maintaining a clean 5S workstation and accurate production

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with wire harness assembly and PCB installation.
• Follows SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Install and secure PCBs and other electronic components into assemblies
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires and cables
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper connections, alignment, and overall quality
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Conduct functional testing and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S practices
• Accurately document production work, including completion logs and quality checks
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
