This person conducts safe, efficient, and timely production of products to satisfy the customer orders and specifications. The general labor position follows the supervisor's direction, works well in a team environment and follows all company policies and procedures. Positions available on first and second shift.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesPractice safe working habits and maintain a clean and orderly work areaOperate machinery and equipment as required, based on level of training completedPerform process quality checks as appropriate, based on assigned responsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely paperwork as required for the responsibilities assignedPerform minor machinery and equipment maintenance and repairsAssist other workers in the Production Department as requiredTrain employees of lesser knowledge on machinery, equipment, and responsibilities as assigned by the Production and/or Crew ManagerPerform other duties necessary to the efficient operation of the facilityAssist Maintenance employees when requiredTreat fellow employees, customers, guests, vendors, etc. in a courteous, professional manner at all timesOther duties as assigned.Currently hiring for 1st shift - 7am-3pm and 2nd shift - 3pm-11pm. Some overtime may be required to meet business needs. Some responsibilities require being on feet most of the workday, standing and walking a majority of the time, others require operation of powered industrial trucks with a majority of the time spent seated.
