Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Memphis, TN, is seeking a seasoned site leader to direct overall operations, safety, productivity and continuous improvement at our facility.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage KPIs, drive cost efficiency, capital projects, and develop people. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing leadership.
  • Experience leading improvement efforts in production, quality, or profitability.
  • Experience with change management/transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to lead people and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establishs operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, customer service and profitability goals.
  • Develops teams to solve day-to-day issues and drive long-term performance improvements.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects with data-driven decision making.
  • Monitors KPI performance and guides department leaders to meet scorecard targets.
  • Oversees capital expenditure planning and coordination with Finance for payback.
  • Ensures safety, food safety, environmental, and company policies are maintained across the site.
  • Supports scheduling optimization and capacity planning across multiple sites as needed.
  • Maintains facilities, grounds, utilities and equipment with proper risk controls.
