The Advance Group is partnering with a Monroe-based company that builds packing materials for glass products. This General Labor role involves constructing wood crates and pallets and using drills, nail guns, and staple guns.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm, with overtime available. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with a weekly attendance bonus of $100. This temp-to-hire opportunity includes health benefits, vacation/sick/holiday pay, 401(k), referral bonuses, and incentives.

Responsibilities of General Laborer:

• Building wood crates and pallets for glass products
• Use of various hand tools: Drills, nail gun, staple gun

Requirements for General Laborer:

• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Previous experience with hand tools

Hours for General Laborer: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Must be available for Overtime!

Starting pay is $17hr. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate. Once hired in, employees are eligible for weekly $100 attendance bonuses!
