Job Overview

Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee. Responsibilities include product assembly and various machine operation actions, with opportunities to progress to an assembler or machine operator position.

Education / Experience

• HS/GED Preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Job Requirements

• Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with the ability to work overtime as required
• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Basic math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals
• Measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
• Finger and manual dexterity, with the ability to stand and bend during duties
• Good near/far vision and limb coordination
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Team-oriented mindset, following safety and SOPs, with a focus on quality and proper PPE usage
