Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking entry-level manufacturing teammates to help run high-speed carton forming equipment safely, perform preventative and breakdown maintenance, and participate on safety and production-improvement teams.

Shifts are 12 hours with 36-hours/48-hour alternate weeks, including night work. You will complete production paperwork and support a clean, safe, and efficient facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

• Overtime as needed.

The Opportunity

Looking for candidates to fill entry level manufacturing positions as needed. Employees responsible for helping run high speed carton forming equipment safely, performing preventative and breakdown maintenance, and participating on a safety team and a production improvement team. Responsibilities also include set up and changeover of machines, production paperwork and assisting crew with all responsibilities that assure quality product and efficient production.
