InProduction is seeking a dependable warehouse/cleanup associate in Alabama. You will clean and prep rental equipment, inspect for wear, and maintain organized work areas. The role requires following safety procedures, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors as needed.

This is a full time, direct hire position. We are looking for a team player! Candidates should be diligent, hardworking and have a positive attitude.
Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Other duties as required
Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pass background check and drug screening requirements
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
Familiar with basic hand tools
Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
Able to work overtime occasionally
Able to read and understand safety instructions
